The “Empower Her” program is designed to transform power dynamics and enhance the autonomy of women and girls by expanding their choices and strengthening their voices. This initiative aims to address the systemic barriers that limit women's and girls' access to information, resources, and opportunities, thereby empowering them to take control of their lives and futures.

The mission of “Empower Her” is to foster an environment where women and girls can confidently express themselves, access education, and explore career opportunities. By providing a trauma-informed, culturally inclusive, and gender-responsive curriculum, the program seeks to support women in overcoming societal and personal challenges and achieving their full potential.
TRAUMA-INFORMED, CULTURALLY INCLUSIVE CURRICULUM

Curriculum Focus: The program offers a social-emotional learning curriculum that addresses trauma and cultural context while promoting self-expression and empowerment.

WORKSHOPS AND MENTORSHIP

Education and Business Skills Training: Workshops will focus on imparting essential business skills and education, aimed at improving income opportunities and life conditions for women in poverty.

Monetary Resources Access: Providing access to microfinance loans, savings accounts, and other financial resources to help women become economically independent.

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT
